Gender Sensitive Adaptation

Although women are being involved (more or less) in adpatation and disaster risk management plans at national, sub-national and local level. But it needs to monitored whether the opinions of women in decision making processess at level were well addressed. It needs to consulted and justified with respective of the communties if some opinions were not addressed. In many cases it came to the discussions that women usullay make suggestions to address climate change but these are not well addressed when the policy/strategy was finally adopted.
