Stakeholder Mapping | ||
---|---|---|
A simple way of mapping your stakeholders is to use two axes, one describing their power and influence over decisions, the other their interest and support for your ideas. So your get four quadrants, one for stakeholders with both high influence and support, another with supporters with low influence, a third with opponents with high influence, and the fourth with opponents who have little influence.
